Dr Ralph Haeussler - I'm a historian and archaeologist with more than twenty years of experience in research and higher education teaching. I was awarded the doctorate in history and archaeology at University College London (part of the University of London) in 1997 and I've been a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AdvanceHE) in the UK for many years. I have been a lecturer at various universities in Britain and Germany. Until 2019, I was Associate Professor in Roman history and archaeology at the University of Wales, Lampeter where the student union awarded me the title of "Lecturer of the Year". I'm currently a visiting research fellow at the University of Winchester's department for Archaeology, Anthropology and Geography.
